SCORING
Score one point for each "yes" answer
0 - 2 - Your digestion seems fine.
3 - 6 - You are borderline. Some of your digestive symptoms may be due to
stress. A digestive complex is suggested.
6 and over - If you are a Reflexologist then we strongly suggest you take the Universal College of Reflexology's Better Digestion with Reflexology workshop. If you are unable to attend class or are not yet certified as a Reflexologist (what are you waiting for?) then it is likely that you have a large degree of digestive
distress which needs to be dealt with. It is essential that you take a Complete
Digestive Complex. Preferably take one that is triple coated for customized
absorption during each of the three phases of digestion. Without digestive
enzymes, nothing gets into your bloodstream to nourish and protect you. Each
type of food, protein, carbohydrates and fat require unique, targeted enzymes to
be digested. Also we strongly suggest taking a digestive complex enzyme that
provides you with abundant sources of all three, along with Probiotics
and Fructoligosaccharides (FOS), making it a maximum strength digestive
supplement.
