Foot Reflexology Certification
with UCR or approved institution
This
workshop includes
FREE 90 page
Comprehensive Reference Manual for all Reflexologists
listing over 70 conditions and specific hints, tips and areas to work to get
maximum Reflexology results.
As a Reflexologist, do you use the
same Reflexology routine
over and over with all your clients? Do you start out with some relaxation
moves? Do you then work all the reflex points on one foot, then work all the
reflex points on the other foot, and then may be return to sensitive areas, then
finish off with relaxation moves? Do you do this with every client?
What limits most Reflexologists is the amount of tuition they received
during their training. Most Reflexologists practice
Relaxation Reflexology
- what they were taught in their basic course (100+ hours). They know nothing of
the amazing results that can be produced with Therapeutic Reflexology.
Therapeutic Reflexology is the continuing study of Reflexology and can be up to
an additional 1,400 to 2,000 hours of training. This Universal College of
Reflexology Therapeutic Diploma Program is just the start in gaining that
additional information.
If
you want
faster results,
if you want more
effective results,
if you want to boost your Reflexology sessions to the next level - then
you need to take this Clinical Reflexology Techniques class. It
will enhance the effectiveness of your work more than you can imagine.
This workshop is full of
great tips, hints
and
Reflexology tidbits
gathered over many years, plus serious case study scenarios which enable each
student to put together all the information they have learned (in whatever
modality). Knowing how to do Reflexology (finger or thumb walking etc.,) is not
enough to be a successful Professional Reflexologist.
If you have never heard of Clinical Reflexology, European Reflexology or
Advanced Reflexology, then you will never ask questions about it. Basic
Reflexology is often taught in a 100 hour course (plus or minus 5 or 10 hours)
that is considered to be the whole subject. In fact here at the Universal
College of Reflexology, we have discovered that what most folks think is the
complete story of Reflexology is actually only about 10 - 20% of the total
information available.
A lot of Reflexologists will train to practice and work with other
modalities, because of lack of results with Reflexology or their perceived
limitation of what Reflexology can do.
To
be a
Professional Clinical Reflexologist,
you need to know how to
communicate with your clients, how to assess
your clients, how best to work with the presenting symptoms of your

of the skills taught within this workshop.

Communication:
Before you perform Reflexology on anyone, you first have to speak to them. You
have to turn that initial conversation into an appointment and then explain the
potential health advantages of booking a series of sessions for Reflexology.
Without good client communication - you will never have a busy practice,
no matter how good your Reflexology skills.
Discover how easy it is to change a casual conversation into a useful piece of
advertising or an appointment. Effective communication is an essential part
of being a successful Reflexologist.

Foot
Assessment:
We have tests to evaluate almost everything from blood and urine to brain
activity, but what about the feet? How do we know how well our feet are
operating? If you do not have some method of appraising the feet, how will your
clients KNOW that they are improving health wise?
Simply feeling better is sometimes not enough to convince your client to
continue booking Reflexology sessions with you. They need to be able to measure
exactly how they were before receiving Reflexology and after. We need to be able
to prove the effectiveness of Reflexology. How can this be done? One solution is
to carry out a simple five minute foot assessment test on every client
before and after you have performed a series of Reflexology sessions on them.
These assessments were devised by Dr.Wikler, a Podiatrist (Foot Doctor)
specifically to be able to give an accurate assessment of health in just five
minutes, using nine simple tests. These tests were so accurate he was able to
correctly identify from 200 patients all those who had heart problems - simply
by the results of his five minute foot test. He duplicated his results with
women suffering from Breast Cancer. Again no prior knowledge of any of the
patients involved, he was accurately able to identify those who were healthy and
those who had cancer.
Being able to carry out an objective five minute foot assessment can really help
your client to see how Reflexology is helping them. Learn this simple foot
assessment, and it will soon become an essential tool in your Reflexology
practice.

gives specific
information on various illnesses and conditions, so giving the Reflexologist a
better understanding of the exact reflexes to work to assist in
triggering the natural healing processes of the body. The more specific you are
with choosing the Reflexology points to work, the more specific and effective
the body will be with the healing response.
Included in this section is a 90 page Comprehensive Reference Manual for all
Reflexologists listing over 70 Conditions from Anxiety to Vertigo. Each
condition is given a definition, signs and symptoms plus specific reflexes to
work and additional holistic tips and hints to help your clients improve their
health. A must for every Reflexology clinic.
