This on-line self-study program is an easy to follow, yet comprehensive overview of the systems of the body, and how they operate. The course includes 11 lessons, colouring pages for each system and on-line quizzes.

This course may be taken by anyone wanting to know more about the body and builds on the foundations laid in the Universal College of Reflexology Foot Reflexology Certificate Program (FRC1). This course is a compulsory element of the Advanced Reflexology Diploma (ARD) and Therapeutic Reflexology Diploma (TRD) programs.
