This is a one day optional class for all students. It may be taken at any time. It is a complete review of the Universal College of Reflexology - Foot Reflexology Session Sequence, utilizing video's, DVD's, Power Point Computer presentations, Universal College of Reflexology Foot Reflexology Manual and actual practical hands on work.
Part of the day is spent reviewing techniques, thumb and finger walking, as well as relaxation techniques.
The remainder of the day is actually practicing the entire foot Reflexology session sequence.
Who should take this? Anyone who simply wants a review before their practical exam, or students who want more practical time over and above that which is available at the FRC-1 Foot Reflexology Class. Also welcome are any students who want to ensure that their techniques are correct before taking their practical examination.
This class is also available to any distant education students who want to supplement their learning.
