Pedology or Foot Reading is the understanding of dis-ease by means of divination of the feet. The ever-changing characteristics of feet provide valuable clues as to inner needs and reflect potential for personal development and ultimate fulfilment, not to mention a very clear and simple reflection of the physical health of your body.

Your life history is recorded on your soles. Whether you are young or old, healthy or sick, feet are a reflection of inner health. Injure your shoulder or back for example, and your feet adjust. Such adjustments reflect the sharing of information among all body parts to make our daily life possible.

Corns, calluses, bunions, warts, hot or cold spots are signals of stress for the foot and the whole body. What they indicate, why they appeared and what you can do about these stress cues are the subject of this fascinating two day course. This information is a must-have for all Reflexologists. It is a very valuable tool to be able to read the feet and use this information to your client's benefit.

As well as showing what is currently happening in the body, the marks of life's experiences can also be reflected on feet long before anything occurs in the physical body.
