Thoughts have great power. Your thoughts and beliefs affect every aspect of your life and every cell in your body. What you consciously and unconsciously think and believe has such a profound effect on you that it can weaken or strengthen your body's immune system.

Each body cell holds memory. Memories are locked in the cell walls. Our bodies can be vehicles to identify and clear emotional conflicts that are the by-products of our thoughts. The unconscious can make itself known through the physical body. We can use the physical body as a communication tool between the conscious and the unconscious mind.

Illness can be seen as simply a message from the body to you that says, "Wait a minute, something is wrong. You are not listening to your whole self; you are ignoring something very important to you. What is it?"

Many of us go through life reinforcing what we already think is out there, while in reality there are infinite possibilities. To effect change, we need a shift in our awareness. Once our emotional blockages are cleared we can see the world through an open heart.
